From the President
Though I am only just getting over the feeling ofbeing a metaphorical sardine in a can, the MSC Cocktail party held last Fridayin Newtown was a truly excellent night. It was great to see a huge UWS crowdacross all years mingling and continuing our short but strong tradition of UWSmed comradery. Our lovely ladies looked stunning and our gentlemen dashing, weare undoubtedly the best looking med school around, most probably a result ofthe 8 station interview where that first impression counts, 8 times!
As our pre-clinical cohorts approach the businessend of semester, I would like to wish 1st years luck in their very first set ofUWS med exams, and 2nd years luck in the dreaded Neuro semester exams! You’reso lucky you get to do a summative anatomy test.
Sean Williams
President UWSMS 2009
